Privacy and file handling

Uploaded bank statement PDFs are used only for conversion and are deleted after the request completes.

The MVP stores structured transaction data for 24 hours so preview unlock and export can work. Email is optional and used to unlock the full table during early validation.

Sample retention is opt-in only. If selected, the sample PDF is kept for 7 days to improve extraction accuracy.
